Refund Process
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Motiver. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
Exchange Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
